The Ultimate Golden Drink
Round and fruity with little spicy and honey notes, this 100% natural and
unique liqueur skillfully captures the edelweiss flowers essence, using
crystalline spring-water from the Alps and edelweiss bio-plantation fields
(edelweiss is a protected plant in all the alpine countries and picking it has
been forbidden).
Best served 'on the rocks' or with a dry martini or tonic water, this unique
liqueur is the outcome of the collaboration between two enthusiasts,
Christian Borel-Jacquet and Stephane Keller, who were on the trail of the
taste of the edelweiss flower for more than 5 years : 'Edel'eis' liqueur is a
tribute to the precious edelweiss flower, one of the most celebrated
symbols of Switzerland.
